Return Window
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. No exceptions beyond this period.
Eligibility Requirements
Your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- Original tags still attached
- In original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase included
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care & beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at nowfoxstore@gmail.com to request a return. Once accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Damages & Exchanges
Damaged or wrong item? Inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us right away โ we'll make it right.
Want an exchange? Return your item first. Once accepted, place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest method.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refund issued to your original payment method
- Processed within 10 business days
- Additional processing time may apply per your bank
Under EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return for any reason. Same eligibility conditions apply.
